What makes us different?

What sets our firm apart from others is our comprehensive approach to estate planning, estate tax and elder law matters. While many estate planning firms focus exclusively on estate tax issues with little consideration toward elder law, probate or capital gains tax, Connors & Sullivan goes the extra mile to advise clients about the financial aspects such as avoiding capital gains and estate tax pitfalls. We also focus on health and quality-of-life issues, like Medicaid planning. We are proud to provide elder law services to preserve the dignity and honor the wishes of people facing medical issues and other challenges.

The law firm of Connors & Sullivan has been representing the legal needs of New York residents for nearly three decades. The attorneys at our firm have assisted thousands of clients in a wide range of practice areas, including estate planning, probate and administration matters, elder law and tax law matters, real estate litigation and estate litigation.

Experience matters

In addition to a wide range of estate planning, probate and elder law services, our firm assists clients with tax law matters, including  residential real estate closings, guardianships, animal companion trusts, and business formation.
